The next step is to start fabricating and welding in replacement panels. This is going to be a long process. Some of the replacement panels can be purchased, while others have to be fabricated

Above is a replacement panel I fabricated and have clamped in place ready to weld.Here is the left front fender. You can see that is rusted through on the bottom section. I’m going to fabricate a patch panel and weld it in place.

Below is the almost finished left front fender with the fabricated patches and dents pulled out.
